The Sales Manager is responsible for defined work or projects with high complexity. Follows an individual work plan and meets day-to-day
short-term objectives. Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
Responsible for the customer in all aspects of account growth including strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication
Maintain an effective interface with internal organization to accurately forecast delivery of service to the customers
Establish partners relationships.
Investigate, advise, and coordinate efforts with organizational units in the opening and expansion of market areas for services to assure continued company growth and profitability.
Provide for and maintain positive customer relations to assure a favorable company image for future continuity in the overall marketing of company services.
Successfully negotiate purchase contracts and blanket orders.
Assist in the selection, training, development, and motivation of an effective junior sales staff to assure the profitable attainment of present and future sales and service objectives.
Responsible for the effective and profitable sales in an assigned territory
Interface with the marketing organization to drive high value solutions leveraging the REAL LUXURY portfolio
Build luxury travel agencies relationships
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Aviation background profile and/or experience
English-Romanian-Portuguese-Spanish-Italian language knowledge
At least 3 additional years of sales or marketing experience.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Availability to get Aviation Pilot Licence VSD (Ultra Light Plane)
